RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns

  • We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the damage.
     

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for items received in a damaged condition.

  • Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
